A GYRO is not included with the helicopter, because some people prefer to select their own type of gyro such as the Quark or Futaba 401 high level gyros.

NB: Without a gyro fitted, I will not be able to test fly this helicopter.

If you want to use even larger or more powerful Lipos, you can go up to the RapidCharge 2200Mah 25C at +£19.00 or even more powerful RapidCharge 2200MAh 35C at +£26.00.  

NB - Using these larger RapidCharge lipo batteries means the standard Interceptor canopy can NOT be used, you will need to obtain a Trex 450 or CopterX style Canopy of your own choosing (such as those shown above) to use either of these lipos. Then the lipo can be mounted normally or under the main frame at the front.

The helicopter will be fully & correctly built, & then fully setup to ensure it will fly as best as possible. It will then be test flown to ensure that it is responding correctly, the gyro is setup, & the pitch range will be set to the optimal range for a learner pilot.

Your chosen radio system will be preconfigured for you with model being your INT400, which will be setup to make it as easy as possible to fly when learning. Other types of helicopter setups can be provided on request.

The Alien Command standard version of the electronic Auto Pilot system will be fitted and tested, so that once configured by me, (or you of course) will allow you to simply let go of the cyclic stick when you get confused, and as long as the helicopter has sufficient height, it will automatically recover to a level hover to let you recover and land safely and one piece.

Alien Command makes take of and landings and hovering very much more simple, and even helps a lot when landing in gusty wind conditions, which can increase the number days that you will be able to fly here in the UK.

The Alien Command system can of course be adjusted to be more or less powerful in it's responses, and it can be switched on or off using a spare channel on your transmitter. That makes it ideal as you progress in your flying skills, as you can fly with it turned off, but quickly switch it on when trying new manoeuvres, or when it all seems to be going wrong for some reason (pilot error usually)

If you feel that you want any special parts, such as an improved ESC or better tail gyro, or indeed anything else, I can both supply and fit these parts for you at no additional labour charge if specified when the helicopter is ordered.  Their original cost will be deducted and the cost of the requested items added.

Doing so will NOT INVOLVE ANY EXTRA CHARGE AT ALL other than the additional cost of the other parts you want me to fit.

1 - I will provide you with FREE and unlimited ongoing support, which includes totally labour free repairs and rebuilds if you are unlucky enough to crash it. All you will have to pay for is the parts required + P&P, and of course shipping of the helicopter in both directions, which is typically around 10-£12 each way.

2 - I will offer you totally FREE, 1-on-1 flight training using the Phoenix flight simulator to help you get started. 

3 - If you really want to learn all about your helicopter and how to set it up and repair it properly, I can offer you a full days "Master Class" alone with me in my "hanger" here in Blackpool, during which time I will show you everything you want to know about building, repairing and setting up helicopters.  I do make a small charge of £75 per day for this training, which includes a sandwich lunch and of course tea/coffee.

4 - If you really want to learn to hover your helicopter as rapidly as possible, I can offer you a full days "Master Class" alone with me here in Blackpool, during which time I will check the set up of your helicopter, and then we go off out to one of the various flying site I have available and get you hovering. If you have the stock Esky radio system, I do have a trainer lead that we can use so I can recover your heli if you happen to do something really dumb....
