August 2009 - Ian Turner - Chopperaddict says :-

I have to say that my personal experience with these SG90 servos has overall been rather poor.  I have had many fail while they are still on the bench, and a couple have failed in flight. In all cases the average age of these servos was no more than 2 months or so, and they had not been crashed.  Mostly the problem has been the motors just stop working, but I have also had very poor soldered connections in the servo, and wires breaking right up next to the plug.

September 2009 - Scouse says :-

Never had one of these servos fail ever, ever. I use these whenever possible, tough, cheap, and reliable.
Don't buy copies these decent budget servos are generally only a few pence more.
