Work has continued with fitting the canopy glazing, and also painting it solid black inside so you cannot see into the fuselage, which is what the owner has asked me to do .   Looks quite sinister now really ?

The new Align 450M Brushless Motor(3500KV) RCM-BL450M just arrived this morning. It has a 3.5mm shaft (good news) but it does not come with a pinion of any form (bad news).  Managed to find some Align 3.5mm pinions in the US, as none seem to be available in the UK for some weird reason, so am now waiting for them to arrive.  I have 12, 13 and 14 tooth pinions coming, so I can try it out to see what works best lifting the AirWolf with this new 3500KV motor.

Word is that this new Align motor is better than the Align 430XL, and that works great on my own SeaWolf.

So, I now have to wait up to 5 days for them to get here from the States before I can test fly the P&B version, then we can move on to fitting the mechanics into the fuselage.

The owner has asked for some pictures of the original grilling on the main fuselage, so here they are...
