Sadly it is a fact that with virtually all helicopters that are massed produced, the words (RTF) are a bit misleading. In truth, many new pilots have found that while everything is indeed "in the box", the helicopters really are not fully setup, especially  for "brand" new pilots.  This is because the Belt Cp''s and the CP-X's are targeted by Esky to be both a total beginners helicopter, and a fully 3D capable advanced pilot machine. The real truth is that those claims are rather far fetched when push comes to shove, because they all need to be setup correctly for one or the other of the claimed modes of operation, especially when used with the "basic" radios that are what are provided with them.
